1/ Introduction

AITF™ is a company registered under french commercial code (registred number 501 847 974 , VAT number FR47501847974) and trading as store.africaisthefuture.com and weareaitf.com/store.

Please read these following terms and conditions that govern your use of our Site.

Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

2/ Security

We take your online security very seriously.

Personal and payment information is safe and no data is sent over without encryption.

Protecting your information is our highest priority.

All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and other measures.

3/ Pricing

All princing on our webstore are in Euros.

The prices of articles are quoted inclusive of French V.A.T. (19,60 %).

The prices quoted in the webstore are exclusive of shipping fees.

For countries outside European Union (E.U), as United States of America, Canada, Norway or Switherland, VAT will not be applied to your order. Import taxes and duties will be charged to the receiver.

For countries in the European Union (E.U), VAT will be applied to your order.

4/ Product

Since we have a limited seasonal collection, products may run out of stock during the season.

If the colour or size isn’t shown on the product detail page, it is no longer in stock.

You can also contact a store near your home and check if they still have the item in stock.

Our stores are listed in the stockists section.

5/ Payment

Payments will be secured by the payment system Paypal.

The information on this system are available on the website http://www.paypal.fr.

All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

These data can not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties.

They are not kept on our computer systems.

Payments will be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Paypal account.

Paypal is certified PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) by Visa and MasterCard.

The buyer's account will be debited only when validate the payment of the order and the amount of products shipped and shipping charges.

6/ Delivery / Shipping

We try to send packages within 24 hours after the order is made, with the exception of weekends and during French public holidays.

After your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail to confirm that your package is on its way.

You will also receive a track and trace code to track your package along its way to your doorstep.

Please find below the delivery time by geographical area :

- France : 2/3 working days
- European Union : 4/5 working days
- Outside European Union : 5/8 working days

7/ Returns

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 7 days of receipt (own expense). You can send returns to the following address :

Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected.

Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached.

Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected.

We will refund the returned goods within 7 days to the account you paid with.

Returning costs are on your expense.

We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the returned products or provides a tracking number.
